  • What do I do if my spring is broken and my car is stuck in garage?
    Good Question. The safest thing to do would be to unplug you opener so that you won't accidentally try to open the garage because this will more than likely tear up your opener. Then you should call someone that is trained to repair the door in a safe way. 409-300-2268
  • What am I suppose to do if my cables come off the drum?
    Good Question. Again we ask that you cut off power to the opener and call us so that we can safely fix you door. You need to know that when the cable has come off the drum the tension that is on the spring is still loaded and can cause injury. 409-300-2268.
  • How do I setup a service call?
    You will either call us at 409-300-2268 or email us at and we will ge you put on the schedule for same day service or schedule a time that is convenient for you.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
